```Responsibilities:```
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacumming and sanatizing
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in accordance with established standards
- Perform facilities cleaning tasks in all all office areas.
- Clean and maintain common areas, kitchen and washrooms
- Utilize mops and cleaning supplies to complete cleaning tasks
- Communicate effectively with staff, and management
- Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in accordance with established standards
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to clean and maintain office area and common areas effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Capability to lift objects safely
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally
- Familiarity with custodial duties and commercial cleaning practices
